MINDFULNESS FOR KIDS
Mindfulness and Meditation give kids the tools to help them fend off negative thoughts and behaviors, build self confidence, focus, and treat others and themselves with respect and appreciation. A gift they will have for rest of their lives.
My meditation and mindfulness sessions vary depending on the age group of the child. Each session is designed to cultivate positive qualities such as inner calm and awareness through brief meditation, story telling and mindfulness activities. They are loosely structured and kept flexible to suit the energy of the child.
These sessions can be scheduled for individual or group setting.
