In  The  Absence  Of  Noise  Lies  The  Answers


The greatest gifts of exploring the universe within is that you begin to discover who you are. This does not necessarily mean that you do not have any more negative thoughts or emotional ups and downs. It means that when you turn inwards through meditation practice, you become aware of the constant mental noise. This awareness helps you to come out of it easily and be more present. It helps you to bounce back and see the silver lining when things look bleak. Overall it gives you a more accepting, allowing, trusting and optimistic outlook towards life.

The variety of meditation techniques and traditions existing is nearly infinite, but the essence of all the meditations is the same. Beginning a meditation practice can be both exciting and intimidating. It's common to feel overwhelmed and uncertain as to where or how to get started.The best way to begin is to familiarize yourself with some of the different types of meditation to see what resonates with you.
